long term results are less successful. If you are looking for a quick fix to your
health you might be taking away one of the biggest self confidence
and personal accomplishments that you ever will have in your life.
Remember that real health is a lifestyle and needs to be
enjoyed and not restricted. For a system to be complete and lasting you must learn all the
tools to maintain it yourself.
Listen to your
body and pay attention to what it is telling you. Your body is designed
to protect you from yourself at times. You decide to deprive it of
calories or food and it will shut you down and start storing nutrients
instead of burning them. You eat too much and your body also provides
you signs to let you know you are not being good to yourself.
Stay away from FAD
diets because they are designed to make money for the people that
created them and your body will adapt to the new torture and counteract
the results in time. We no longer live in a time of feast or famine so
it is time to pay more attention to your body and learn the secrets to a
better health.

drinks and diets are another example of overpriced nutrition that could
be designed to make a lot of money on the extras that are so overpriced
that you would be annoyed to know the real costs of the items.
If you are truly
interested in losing weight then start at the beginning and find the
tools you need for your lifestyle. Learn how food and exercise responds
to your body and remember you are different than any other person so
what worked for them might not work for you.
